Spesh now that the swelling has gone down. Can’t wait to wear a normal bra.
I brought a second sports bra while my macom was in the wash and that is a 34DD which fits snug. Wonder what I will end up! 😛 xx

That’s what they r there for u can take them every 4-6 hrs.
Don’t be in pain just take them. I did for a few days n then yday I didn’t take any strong ones at all just paracetamol. N the day before that I only took paracetamol in the day but strong ones before bed x

I took my macom off yday to wash it and have a shallow bath. Even tho I still have my strapping I felt very heavy!
