I personally liked the strapping in the sense I felt supported too. Every surgeon has their own preferences, and advice. Good luck on your recovery 🙂 just focus on relaxing and enjoying some trashy tv etc, and the week will go before you know it xx

@daniella defo will need to come out for the operation, but I’m not sure how soon you can put them back in again. Is it that painful getting them pierced? I’m so scared haha. But mine are still a little numb so hoping that will help xx

My right nipple is still really numb so I’m thinking .. get it done now and hopefully it won’t hurt quite as much?! Haha. All piercings have to come out for surgery though ladies, so if you have your boobs done pre-op they will tell you to take them out for the op. I’m pretty sure I read somewhere you can’t get your boobs pierced until 6MPO? Xx

I wear my sports bra every night to bed, I’m currently 3MPO, and I plan to keep wearing it to bed every night. Depending on what size implants you had, they normally recommend to do this with “larger” implants. I had 450/500cc xx

I’m now 3MPO with Frati and I’m very happy with my results. The drains are not painful at all, it just feels like someone pulling on something but it’s over with so quickly. Their such a pain when you want to go to the toilet so your just relived to get them out ha xx

I had 340cc the first time, which was about 5 years ago. And I went to 450/500cc to correct size difference and go for a slight size boost. They fill my frame much better xx

Hi ladies,
I am now almost 10WPO and so far very happy with the results.
I’ve heard some people mention about massaging your boobs? And my nurse quickly mentioned it at my 6 week check but didn’t delve into any details.
Can someone explain if we’re meant to be massaging them? If so, how long for, what the benefit of it is etc please.

I’m going to keep wearing my Macom sports bra to bed every night, as I definitely want to keep them looking good for as long as possible. Sorry if this is a dum question but why is wearing a wired bra and them being pushed up a bad thing? The only other bra I have is my Calvin Klein sports bra … am I better off wearing this one? Xxx

I drive around 10DPO, I tried earlier but personally didn’t feel 100% confident so I didn’t. I had bruising so when I did eventually start driving, I found the seatbelt sat right across my bruising and made it uncomfortable. Xxx

@beth my PC came back to me after showing my picture to the nurse, and she said it looks like it’s just from the girls being pushed together. So in theory, we shouldn’t have this issue once were in normal bra’s but I guess we’ll have to wait and see … xx
