@archerashlee ive brought some heat pads things for my back they las 12 hours they really help 🙂 im fine now just think the pain was more than I expected this morning haha, I took mine every 4 hours at night then saw this morning I wasnt suposed to so now ive taken to many so had to have ibruprofen instead haha, omg bet u was suprised when they couldnt get them on! Just saw ur post thatu sent your boyfriend asda for new ones :-p haha im on my biggest bra atm I didnt expect the swelling this much, haha hope u get a good night sleep and arent too uncomfy, let me know how u go on 🙂 xxxxx
