Tried laying flat for the last 2 nights and my back, sides & stomach ache so much in the mornings, just had to prop myself back up again!
I’m usually a side sleeper but am too worried now in case side sleeping messes up their shape!!

I’ve followed everything else but I completely forgot about not having garlic for 48 hours before the op
I’m panicking so much right now and can’t get hold of my patient co-ordinator and their office is closed.
Can’t believe I’ve possibly messed it all up with a bit of garlic!!

But so glad I’ve seen your post, I’m booked in for Apr for an uplift with Dr Tsekouras but he’s using a reduction technique (no implants) I also have stretch marks and very thin skin.
Mine are pretty much identical to how yours were before so I’m super excited to get them done!!
How were the scars after everything settled?
