Have more of a pulled muscle discomfort now rather than pain but the first week is really rough. Just rest lots and take gentle walks to help with swelling xx

Now 7dpo and bring out for more than 2 hours puts me in quite a lot of pain still. If you go just take it super easy and you should be ok. Just lots of rest before and after xxx
