Some people have said to take laxatives but the meds have the opposite effect .

I’m having my BA next month and I am looking to achieve a full B cup to a C. I’m 5ft 3 and currently a 32a weighing just over 7stone.
I’m stuck between 250 or 275 as I don’t want to look too big and want to stay in proportion but don’t want them being too small.
Any advice girls is truly appreciated! Please help!!
