Couldn’t decide between 250 and 270cc, last minute I went for 250. They are sitting very high at the moment so it’s hard to tell however I have a long way to go. I have been advised the same, the nurse explained I needed to replace everyday however it wasn’t an easy task removing it.
Perhaps try when I’m in the shower. I googled it as it seems a strange thing to do directly on the scar appears it helps to reinforce the wound.
