Mines just constant pain all day everyday :(. They feel like ya know when you have a graze, and the flesh is raw then when you touch it that sore feeling, both boobs feel like that. And they both feel so heavy and hard and really strange. When I’m stood up its just constant pain 🙁 xx

Hi ladies
I’m just wondering if any of you other ladies are still really uncomfortable and in pain everyday after 18 days??.
I still feel as tho I’m never going to feel normal 🙁
Just want to know if it’s normal or not tbh xx

I had Mr Mounir on 4th August. He is such a lovely man. I haven’t been measured yet but love my results so far 🙂

I did this but a lot earlier on that you. I saw the nurse about it and she said I must have pulled a muscle and to take it easy. She said that as long as they haven’t changed shape and they still look the same, then it’s more than likely a pulled muscle.
Try an take it easy for a while maybe. Hope the pain eases soon for you xx

I’m now on day 9 and finally feeling lots better. Still some mild pain, and still alot of tightness especially when I get up in the morning.

So I have 2 macom bras at the minute, but there very bulky and clearly visible in anything I wear. Can anybody recommend a bra that looks more like a normal bra and will look nicer in clothes??

Total same. I was so sure by day 4 I’d start to feel better. Its just not happening. My left one is fine. I can lift my left arm ok too. The right is just stupidly painful :(. Feel so bad for you having it in both 🙁 xx

Yes that’s the same as me. I just rang the nurse and she said I had probably pulled a muscle. And ro just start taking painkillers regularly again.

I feel you lv. Im on day 5 today. Day 3 was my worse so far. Although I have woken up today feeling alot of pain again, more than yesterday. I’m hoping in a few hours I’ll start to feel better.
I agree with the breathing thing definitely. Iv been trying to deep breath because they say it helps recovery. But this is just impossible.

Iv found the co codamol really good! In fact Iv just said to my hubby I can understand why they can be addictive, because I feel so relaxed and pain free when I take them. Yeh iv been the same. Not really had any pain but iv been taking all my pills anyway just incase. But now it’s getting worse I kinda wish I hadnt.
I think they are swollen yes, but not quite sure. They are getting more and more bruised as time goes on. What about you??

Exactly what tye title says really, I’m in pain now before my meds are due, and I’m tempted to take them early. I’m only on day 2 po and the pain is getting worse as time goes on. It started off just uncomfortable but it is starting to hurt now the bruising is coming out.
Did any of you take co codamol before 6 hours, or is it dangerous? ?

I am hoping for DD also. Fingers crossed :). They look pretty big now and iv heard they grow when the drop and fluff, so I’m hoping I get to the size I want xx

So I have my op tomorrow, iv just been reading (stalking) this forum and came across a post about road works near the hospital. Has anyone had their op here within the last few days who could tell me if they struggled or not?? Do I need to set off early and will it be easy to find the hospital if I have to go a different way?

I am also worried about this. My op is 2 weeks today and my doctors just keep saying they haven’t received anything from mya. When mya are saying they have sent it over twice.

I spoke to someone and they said that apparently it’s all changed now and it all goes through email. So I’ll keep an eye on my email. Still feel pretty let down that the nurse never spoke to me about anything ????.
