Yeah thats what i was thinking maybe just going on the bike and seeing how i feel! I hvae seen somwehere about doing squats too so might try a few squats

Thanks for your reply Tara i am just getting so frustrated and putting on so much weight with not exercising! I go on holiday in 6 weeks too so having panic attacks haha

Hi girls, so i am 4 weeks post BA on Wednesday and i love my new boobs! 🙂 Only thing is i just feel horrendous with not being able to exercise! I feel fine now and do not have any pain at all only round my incisions so i am thinking about going back to the gym try and feel better again!

I would advise herbalife instead as herbalife is high protein which will help with your healing whereas Iv heard the clean 9 you don’t eat anything for 3 days which can’t be good for u. I have my op on Wednesday getting nervous now they are taking in 400,425 and 450 to see what I decide on the day! My starting size is 34a so I just don’t want to go too big or I’m scared it will look stupid 🙁 it’s so stressful haha x

Hey, I have my op next Wednesday and I have just got my maccom bra which was advised from my PC I got th bigger back size as advised yet it still feels really tight.. Is this normal? Has anyone found the maccom useful? X

Ah thanks girls. I have e-mailed the nurse that i seen and she has advised me to stay away from any herbal remedies until after my surgery! Awful as i use Herbalife too and take multivitamins everyday so going to end up huge without my shakes ha and already missing my vitamins hah! Suppose be worth it when i have my new boobs :)xx
