I am also looking into getting an open rhinoplasty with Dr Gianni. However, he is the only surgeon I have had a consultation with so far. Did you see any others before making a decision to go with Dr Gianni?
Everytime I research on the internet, I feel overwhelmed with too much info which makes it harder to decide.
