I also had my ba in Thursday. Thought I was fine until this morning. Think I did to much too soon. I can’t chill out and I’ve realised I have too.
My chest is so tight. Feels like I have boobs on my shoulders, they are very high up.
I had 520cc and they definitely need to pop over the muscle still.

Pain is minimal, got a bag of frozen sweet corn on my chest to cool the boobies.
