I had a epiphany and realised that nasal strips that alleviate snoring may help my breathing and OMG they work. Shame I cant walk around wearing them. Finally in almost 7 months I can breathe eeeeeeeeeeeeasy & with my mouth closed. My hearts beating normally cause the pressure is off. I hope I sleep well #insomnia View
