Exact same – I used lovely jublies cream from lush, and had my partner loofah me in the shower to get all the dry skin off before moisturising head to tow (minus my incisions of course!) x

If you’re still in pain If you go off, just take half or even a quarter of a pill, or just use ibuprofen. These pain killers are super strong, and you’ll be surprised how far half a pill will go 🙂 xx
