I bought a small as they’re super stretchy. I don’t think medium would be tight enough as the small is still a little loose. They’re soooo comfy though!

I spoke about weight training and she said that anything that won’t be pulling on upperbody/chest muscles is fine. Basically can work on anything below the chest!
