Mine are over the muscle and dont look fake at all, they look very natural. As the other ladies have said I would listen to your surgeon, and they will advise on the size thats best suited to your size/frame etc… xx

Agree with Heidi on the pillow under your knees, my lower back was constantly killing me and it really helped! Now I sleep on my side a lot more (5 1/2 weeks post op) and my pain has gone, so keep in mind it wont last forever 🙂 x

I was told 3 months until I could weight train again 🙁 as thats “my thing”. The thought of never being able to train chest or shoulder again actually does freak me out…

Yeah I’m not sure we can even get measured until 12 weeks post op! So I’m just going by what fits at the moment…
Yes I did Hun, 400cc… mine have only just started to soften and haven’t dropped at all, but I wonder if it might take longer as my skin has had to stretch so much !!?

Well it’s certainly nowhere near as supportive as the macom ones, I hate not having them on to be honest!
It does seem to fit?! But I’m aware they will still change so that it might not always fit (it was only £8!) – it was the only size I tried on too… I figured if I’m only wearing it for a few hours I should be ok.. (fingers crossed!) xx

Sophie I’m the same as you! Was a 36AA (or smaller!) at a size 18 and a size 10, but boobs have never grown… I’m surprised they mentioned your weight or weight loss. Not one person mentioned it to me?! 🤷🏼‍♀️ Xx

Faye, I’m the same as you! I’m 5’ 7” and 90kg (BMI over 30 = obese). This wasn’t an issue at all at any stage, no one once mentioned anything about it.

4 weeks post op tomorrow and invested in a post surgery bra from Matalan today as I have my Xmas do tomorrow evening and don’t want to wear my granny (Macom) bras haha

It’s crazy to think they get bigger over time?! When I first woke up from surgery I could have cried as they seemed so small, but now I’m happy with this size!

No, this is all perfectly normal and all I can say is hang in there, it will get better! I had exactly the same and by day 3 was worrying… I googled it and they say up to days 3-4 are the worst then it gets better. Just keep on top of your meds and rest… you will get through this!xx

Went from completely flat chested (not even an A cup!) to 400 overs… it’s been utterly painful lol (skin stretching!)

I don’t have a message from you hun?! I’ve read up loads on this and most ladies are saying they will get bigger when they drop and fluff which can take 3-6 months!! So I think we just need to be patient?! Apparently 400cc implants aren’t small, so I’m hoping once settled they’ll look amazing!
