Mine were quite red and bigger than I thought when I first had my dressings taken off. I’m just coming upto a week later now and they already look better!

The nurse told me not to really touch them but when getting a shower I’ve been putting the water over them to help.

I was in such agony! About two weeks post op I started to feel 90% myself again. I drove for the first time 2wpo and also managed to curl my hair and put it in pin curls, do my makeup etc.

I was the same on my first day, if not my first two days. Constantly crying and getting annoyed that I can’t move on my own and stuff.

I’m on my 3rd day now and I was thinking the same… It’s sort of digging in at my ribs by the plasters. I think a lot of it is because I am all bloated and swollen though! From what I’ve read it’s better for it to be tighter and more supportive. Happy healing 🙂
