One bit of advice is try and keep your strapping as dry as possible – the sides of mine got wet and when it was taken off yesterday they blistered and it pulled the skin straight off – so be careful! X

I literally had my strapping off yesterday and I’m 11dpo now – they look about the same to me at the minute but will be interesting to see how they change over the next few weeks!
