      No worries thanks for the message. I know you say you want a bigger implant, just to let you know I was offered 375 and that what I decided, when I was been marked up for surgery the surgeon said he was going with 340 as the 375 would be a struggle to fit. I’m happy with the decision he made I could have ended up with problems going too big x
