Hi Babe, I just had my 6 week check up and was told that I can do light exercises but nothing heavy impact and also to be sure to have a maximum support sports bra so your breats don’t move around at all. I think maybe wait till your 6 week post op check up, see what they say and also see how you feel then as everyone heals differently. xxx

Hi Babe, sorry to hear you didnt get the news you want…How many surgeons have you seen? I was told by 3 different surgeons I needed an uplift but luckily one of them said I could get away with just having an implant to fill them out which is what I got in the end and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results…Don’t be too disheartened…[Read more]

Hi Girls! I had 350cc ultra high profiles…these implants have the smallest base and are the highest giving the most projection so they come outwards rather than sidewards so not much side boob but amazing cleavage. xxx

Hi Babe, I wore my PJs home lol but was in the car so didn’t really matter. I would recommend something front fastening and easy to get into but most important for a long journey would be a comfy pillow to support your back I think. Good luck xxx

Hi Babe, you are not obliged to tell your employers what surgery you are having if you do not want to and most importantly if a Doctor/Health Care professional has signed you off on sick leave your employer is not insured to have you in work and if anything happens to you, they will be in big trouble. Hi Girlies, I was on my usual commute this morning into work and as per usual the london underground is packed with crowds! This guy ended up barging into me so hard and elbowing me in my right boob, now it’s so sore and I’m terrified it’s gonna have an affect on my results 🙁 Do you think I should contact the nurse for a check up? x

Hi Girlies, I am currently 5 weeks post op and started feeling really itchy on the skin of my boobs and around them. I can only imagine its because the skin is really taut making it quite dry. Just wondering if anyone has/is experiencing this and what it might be?
