I got unders purely because my surgeon recommended it due to it having less complications.
If you go to the gym alot and work out your chest muscles by lifting weights etc then overs is recommended and the muscles will contract against the implant if it’s under.

I got 365cc hp unders and I’m now about a D and they looks fab. Would have loved to go a bit bigger but I think that’s boobie greed kicking in and my surgeon said no more could fit.

400cc will make you alot bigger than a DD I’m almost 2 weeks post op. Pre op I was a 32 A/B I got 365cc unders and I’m now measuring D/DD
I’d highly recommend unders due to less complications. Less risk of implant contracture and more visibility in breast x-rays when looking for any lumps.
You have nice boobs pre op by the way 🙂
