Hi, I’m only a week post operation tomorrow so only have like 1 pic up so far, will add more soon. But they look very natural, I think it’s as natural as I could’ve went to be honest.People have told me you would never know they’re fake until you tell them. My surgeon was Frati and he said I would be happy with either high or moderate plus profile but when I mentioned that I want to cover the gap between my breasts on my chest then he said go for moderate plus as they cover a much larger area and the gap will be less visible. But if I had boobs closer together I might’ve went for the high profile ones 🙂 Anything that goes under the muscle would look natural I think as the edge of the implant is hidden but whether you want moderate plus or not is dependant upon your frame and looks, surgeon would be the best to advise I think 🙂
