I have a 2 year old. I have explained to her I can’t lift her. As they do recommend no heavy lifting for 6 weeks. My hubby off work for one week and I have a 9 year old who will lift her in and out the bath for me. I wouldn’t risk lifting her till my wounds are heeled.
