    Hi girls. I’m on the first morning of my post op.
    Yesterday was actually so much better than I thought.
    I’ve had 400cc implants over the muscle.
    I’m home now and trying to sleep as much as possible.

    I’m guessing it’s normal too get shortness of breath and be achy… but I was just wondering if anyone experienced neck pain all round? Unless I’ve slept funny.

    I can’t wait to feel normal again. !!! Xxx

    I’m getting lower back pain. I had my done on Friday. 450 overs. I am not sleeping well due to pain in my lower back from sleeping at an angle. I have a neck pillow a v pillow and two other pillows. I hope I sleep better soon xxx

    I’ve found putting a pillow unde your back has helped out a lot today… bless you. My v-pillow was deffo the best thing I could of bought. I hope you do too Hun. All the best xxx

    I have brought a wedge pillow off eBay to help me sleep xx
