    Hi girls so I am one day post opp not ridiculous amount of pain just feeling very achey and not able to move arms too much. Quick question I always forget.. I got my strapping on for a week so do I wear a sports bra over this in the mean time too or wait until strapping off? Xx

    As for the bra I can’t help I wasn’t strapped up x

    Hi Hun I spoke to the nurse the day after surgery about wearing my sports bra as I was strapped to, she said I didn’t need to wear the sports bra as well because the strapping is so tight, I would advise you ring and speak with the nurse first tho, hope this helps, ps I felt so much better not having to wear the bra on top x x x
