Thank you girls. I had 520cc overs. Not a mya patient. Excuse the stickiness from strapping. I will try to remove it as i feel better, feeling pain atm, will post a picture without my macom when i will try to clean up. I was 32d/dd pre op. Not sure what i will end up with. My boobies look so pink today when i had my strapping removed. Not natural at all. Cant wait to read more from you. Wearing macom signature bra in 32.

Yes Sammy u were right. Your looks great, just checked the pics.
I am taking peracetamol every four hours. Took antibiotics for 6 days. I am feeling strange pains in boobs todays after strapping is off. My nurse said something about it but i dont remember. I will try to clean up now. Any advise about pain and how to look after my new pair will be so appreciated. Xx
I had nipple incision. And i dressing was changed today but its still not water proof and it needs to be changed after one week thats what my nurse said. So no shower for another week. Skin on my breast is bruised and dry. How to moisturise them :s any ideas?
I was thinking of taking bra off for half an hour, clean up my chest and belly, put a body lotion on for about 15 min and then wipe it with baby wipes.
    Reply pls 🙂

Just checked my boobies. Right is bigger. Hopefully its just swelling. Have a look at before and after. Couldn’t clean them up, scared to touch them as it hurts and also feel so strange. My nurse said u have 1kg added to ur body thats why. Curious if 520cc mean 1/2kg :s
I want to feel clean but scared to touch them honestly. It was a struggle to put ok my macom again. Is it okay to squeee them together when u fasten ur bra.

yea i get strang pains too, mine are burning stabbing.shooting pains and the nurse said its the nerves regenerating and because the tissue has been stretched, ive rang twice now it got bad i started panicking, i use arnicare cream for bruising/swelling, using bio oil about 3 times a day, and taking arnica 30c tablets 2 at a time a few times a day, havent had any bruising at all! maybe along my incision line but cant see that yet, i think you could use something abit more moisturing on your dry skin, im using bio oil for stretch marks but it seems to keeping my skin nourished, its for dehydrated skin aswell as all the other reasons, ive taken my macom off for only 5 minutes to bio oil avoiding the dressings, but im trying my best to help with any stretch marks, havent got any appearing yet so fingers crossed my skin isnt so shiny tight, i think you should keep your sports bra on but to wipe yourself down im sure its ok, i found it abit uncomfortable as its a bit tight with swelling but put it back on when im done, dont sit there without any support as the first few weeks/months are where they need the most support whilst settling into the pocket xxx

i just match it up so the clasps are in the middle of my boobs, i struggled with the macom too when closing it back up, i just copied what the nurse did, pull it tight away from your skin, fasten the top notch first and work your way down, its what i do, and as long as you feel little discomfort youll be ok, if you feel pain get somebody else to do it so you can hold you boobs while it gets closed, and its normal for one to be more swollen, my right is too, its caused me more discomfort, it seems to be right handed people have more swollen boob on right, and lefties is there left boob xxx

Thanks sweetie for the detailed replies, very helpful. I am thinking buying water proof plaster from pharmacy. And put them on my incisions (nipples) so that there is no chance any moisture can touch them when i use bio oil of lotion to moisturise the rest of my chest. What do u think.
    Xx
