7 days post op now. Had my strapping taken off today, I must say that has been the most annoying thing of this entire experience. It does make you feel like you can’t move due to being so tight! My nurse is lovely so we made jokes when she was pulling it off so I could distract myself from the pain! It is like getting a full blown tit wax lol. It was over within 30secs.
Had a shower (told to use sanex on incisions area) and the water stung where my drain cuts are. But once I manned-up it was ok.
I’ve attached some pics, my boobs are obvs still quite hard & high on my chest but they will relax over time. Also a pic of my scars which you can see aren’t too bad for only being cut open 7 days ago! I thought I’d be black and blue.
