Hi Girls. I love all your post opp pics! However i have my surgeon appointment tomorrow and I’m desperate for more of a natural sag. I’m a little against a tear drop with the higher risk of them flipping but think i’d prefer them. Can anyone posts pics a year or so after and help my nerves that they do drop and fluff more than I’m hoping.
I have had mine done twice now first ones over a year ago and I had them replaced not long ago but they are in the same pockets so are much lower than when you first get them done mine look really natural at first they are so high but they do drop xxx

I asked about tear drop vs round at my first consult with surgeon. If you hold the implant up, the gel/fluid drops to the bottom anyway so there really isn’t much of a difference x
