Hiya girls
So I’m 13 months PO & had trouble with my left boob since pretty much the start. When I was 2 days PO I turned my sink tap off & got a shooting pain in it, ever since then it’s not felt ‘right’. I’ve been seeing my surgeon regularly, he’s said it’s nerve pain & that it’s not CC because my breast is still soft. But the past 3 months it’s got worse: I’m in constant pain, no position or bra is comfortable, when I lay down it feels like someone’s sat on my chest only on that breast, and when I lean forward it feels like there’s a weight in my boob dragging it down? It’s so uncomfortable but all my symptoms seem to match CC but my surgeon says it’s nerve pain? I’ve got no complaints about him at all he’s been great, I’m just fed up of being in constant pain and uncomfort now for 3 months solid, nothing at all seems to relieve it I’ve been taking ibuprofen pretty much every day. As well as this I’ve been getting shoulder & collarbone aches & pains on the same side, my left arm has started going numb & pins/needles at night too.
I’ve got an appointment with him next week but I’m just scared about what he’ll say, I can’t carry on with it like this I’m in a constant state of anxiety & stress as I’m constantly in pain and tensed up from it. Anyone else had any experience with this? Just want some relief š TIA x
