Same!! I panicked and got worried mine would never shrink! I went out in the cold and stood topless next to my window with it wide open and still BIG swollen nipples, they wouldnt go hard! im 3 and a half weeks post op now and they go hard! wooo lol I still havnt got all the sensation back though, the bottom of my boobs are numb and I dont have all the feeling back in my nipples but we all take different times to heel, by day 10 mine where stretched, swollen and BIG, just keep trying standing next to a open window topless when it cold (sounds funny I know) lol, after 2 weeks my swelling went right down, now my nipples look like they did before surgery xx
