Hi Girls so im 10 days post op, do i have to stay propped up when i sleep or can i lay flat? also is it normal to be in the worst pain in the morning? literally when i wake up i can harly move yet during the day and evening im in hardl any pain what so ever, x
I was told to sleep upright by my nurse at mya for 7-10 days! Saw her on friday for my 7 day post op check ad bandages removing and she said sleep upright for a couple more days so tonights my last night! Hurray xxxxxx
Oh and yes for some reason when i go to sleep my breast’s stiffen up and when i wake up their very uncomfortable till ive been up and about a bit! Not sure why tho? Strange xx
I think it’s because your not taking your meds throughout the night so you naturally stiffen up and are a bit sore! I struggled this morning too but apart from bring bait lightheaded I’m ok? x
ohh mann!! its driving me mad sleeping upright! i wonder why we have to do that any way. Yea the stiffness in the morning i just dont get, you would think coz all you muscles are relaxed you would wake up feeling as fresh as a daisy,,, but no! lol xx
We have to sleep upright to prevent any swelling! They are gonna be stiff till they settle into our bodies and the muscle relaxes! Its totally normal! Mine feel softer to touch but look rock hard and just stuck on – bizarre x
I was a 32a and had 340cc tsx unders – im really happy didnt think they were going to be big enough! I asked mr kazzazi for 365’s and he said 340 was the biggest he’d offer me! Im really pleased with them tho once strapping came off on friday i was like wow their huge on me! Need to get some before pics up aswell x
When I wake up I’m kinda slumped down on myself? You know like the alcoholics outside the off licence! But I’ve noticed my teeth hurt? I think because I’m slumped down my head weight is pushing my front teeth into my lower teeth that are pushing pushed up by my chest? Such a horrible feeling? And also freaky! x
I’m 2 weeks post op today, finally started lying flat but still on my back, when I sit up in the morning my boobs are stiff and it kinda feels like the implant is moving / the blood is settling in a downward motion.. If that makes sense lol xx
