So nearly three months PO can’t believe how fast it has gone! Been back in normal bras for 4 weeks but still wear sports bra to bed. 410 overs have taken me to 32f I cannot thank dr Traynor enough he has made me a different person I am so much more confident and finally take my bra off in front of my fiancé who I have been with for four years! I’ll be uploading some new pics tomorrow
