10DPO update

I’m 10DPO today just changed my dressings as my nurse gave me some spare and I wanted a sneaky look at my incisions, look pretty small from what I can see, my left boob is slightly bigger but that’s the one that’s bothered me all the time and been quite sore through recovery, bruising is slowly starting to fade. Can’t wait to get the next 5 weeks over with now and see the end result 🙂 xx

They are really starting to change shape now aren’t they hun, they look like swelling is going down and they are dropping a bit. Really happy for you. How are you managing with the kids, are you lucky enough to get out of some Mum duties or is it hectic xx

Hi Becki yes they’ve changed so much already! Swelling has gone down loads but I think my left is still a bit swollen nurse said it can last a couple of weeks. I’ve been fine with the kids thanks, my partner has done everything and really been amazing, good job cos I was useless until about 8dpo! Didn’t expect to not be able to use my arms for so long! I only picked my 2 year old up for the first time 2 days ago and it hurt a bit but nothing to bad. Back to full time mummy duties from Tuesday though! Xx
