So I’m 11 days post op still very sore when I get them out my bra and to touch and my nipples are extremely sensitive.is this all normal at this stage in the healing process? ALSo feel very heavy when I shower
I’m nearly 4 weeks post op (tomorrow) and my nipples haven’t gone down since my op! Every time I took my bra off they felt really heavy and it is only now that they are starting to feel more like part of me. I am beginning to think we all need to be patient for at least the first 6 weeks as we have had major surgery with foreign object added to our bodies – it’s going to take a while for everything to settle 🙂 x
