    Absolutey love my new boobs but this strapping is the tightest thing in the world! Woke shivering and boobs stinging in pain so I was given morphine which solved it almost instantly.
    I came out of my op and back into my room for 8pm it’s now 5：30 am
    Can’t sleep & when I do I wake up all the time as my breathing is so short and shallow 🙁 feels like a I am wearing a clamp round my chest.

    Please someone tell me how long this feeling lasts as it’s killing me :'(

    I had unders well particals xx I can barely move it’s still so tight 🙁
    Can’t do anything for myself. Not even sit up the nurses have to help me x

    I was like that! I have had quite a bad recovery but day 4 I’m feeling quite a bit better. I’d say my breathing felt shallow for a day or two. Couldn’t take a deep breath cause my chest felt so tight. Xx

    I couldnt take a deep breath until now – 2 days post off. Yesterday I coughed and it was super painful. Do hate the strapping as it’s so incredibly tight but it’s all for the best x

    Hope you feel better…as the days go on the strapping may loosen up a bit so hopefully breathing can be easier as I can imagine that must be really horrible :/ …put ice packs too to keep swelling down as much as possible that might create some more space for you to breathe better

    Feeling a little bitter today. Can breathe a lot better and feel generally more relaxed. Was discharged a few hours ago from Fitzroy. Still very sore. Ah the drive in the taxi home was interesting, told the driver to slow as was sore but I felt every bump in the road, not a pleasant journey wanted to cry the whole way.

    Got in took a tramadol and now sat with ice on my chest, praying the pain will end soon xxxxx

    Thanks for the support 🙂 I’m now on day 6 and no pain YAY (just occasional shooting pain in my left, right is fine tho)
    I think the strapping does loosen after a couple of days and that really helped, and Ice pack is a definite must have too!! Strapping is off tomorrow, I was naughty and had a peek – they look so good I couldn’t believe it was my chest lol x
