11WPO pain! Is this Normal?

I am currently 11WPO and am starting to feel pain and discomfort in one side when I cough or laugh, which is really strange and I haven’t felt this before!

Can anyone tell me if this is a normal part of the healing as I’m starting to worry, there is nothing visibly wrong to make me think it’s infected, it’s just a pain in one breast!

Please help and put my mind at ease 🙁

I would say speak to your surgeon. You don’t want it to be the start of capsular contraction. X
