13days post op and really sore skin on boobs!

So my skin on my boobs is really sore! And everytime I move it feels like my bra is rubbing and chaffing! It’s starting to really get my down! Anyone now how I can stop it from being so sore? X

Mine were the same. It feels like sunburn doesn’t it?
It does ease. I found having a tight bra on helped so nothing could move about on them.
I also started putting bio-oil/cocoa oil on them (Not on the incisions!) and that seemed to help a little.

#jop I’m finding the bra is making it worse! Iv put socks down there and that’s seemed to of eased it up a bit! I was thinking about putting cream on them but got scared lol xx

I rubbed Vaseline on my nipples and around?
