14days post op and need some advise!

I’m 2 weeks post op and my breast skin is sooooo sore and I think the macom bra isn’t helping and making them feel worse! I’ve put a normal pull over the head sports bra on which is so much softer and doesn’t rub! This sports bra isn’t as tight or supporting as the macom so I’m worried it will ruin my boobs! lol have anyone else used one of these bra I’ll attach a picture xx

My macom was so uncomfortable till I was about 3 weeks post op I wore the asda post op bra which is cotton soft and so comfy. Some surgeons suggest it maybe try that hun. There like 8 quid in asda best get them offline xx

@sinead89 iv been looking to see if I can get the asda one with no luck there always in a large when id be a small!? x

I wouldn’t worry Kim, I’m sure you will be fine with the sports bra you have, it’s the same as the more popular ones without the zip front. I’m sure it’s supportive enough x

I am exactly the same, I know this sounds weird but I have found putting Vaseline on my nipples. The Macom are so tight and compressed they rub! It’s like joggers nipple! It has helped! Only problem I’m having is they still swell at night – it’s driving me mad! My right one is 10x more painful aswell 🙁 xx

@kerry Yh I wore normal sports bra I. The day and Macom at night! I’m back in normal bras now thank god!

@lrich Yh my nipples where soooo sore too I ended up putting cream all over my boobs except on the scars! And after the sunburn feeling they started peeling which was gross lol xx

@kim-passey Yeah only place I’m peeling is actually just below my scar and on my back scar level! Managed to exfoliate it all off in the end! When do they start to soften, don’t get me wrong they have softened a considerable amount since POday1 but I am 3 weeks on Sunday and just want the night pain to go away and for me to sleep the whole way through! It’s only my right boob aswell which is bazar, it was my smaller boob I blame it on that! Less space to play around with when putting in the implant haha xx
