16DPO 350CC Pics with dressing off! Drop & fluff?

2nd check up went well & finally allowed to shower now that I have my dressings off 😀 I’ll attach the first pics of them!

Does anyone have advice on the drop & fluff changes I should expect? I’ve had my Macom on 24/7 so I’ve only really seen my boobs when I’ve taken it off to take progress pics to upload here. (I have more on my profile if you want to add me). I’d love them to heal as perky as possible lol any tips for this? Best bras for the next few weeks of healing? I tried buying the M&S high impact recommended on here by lots of girls, but I found the 32D too tight around my incisions but it held my boobs in and up nicely. I also bought the 34D but it seems too big and spacious for the girls lol. I’ll have to go back and try more – do you have any advice for how it should fit? I like that my Macom is really tight & supportive over my boobs but doesn’t get too tight around the band or irritate my incisions.

I’ll add pics below & a brutally honest underneath view of the incisions and bruising on one of them :O ouch it looks bad xxx

Aww thank you so much girls 🙂 that’s so nice to hear!! I was nervous before hand about them ending up too far apart since Dr Traynor was quite blunt saying that the gap between my boobs would stay the same but thankfully the volume of the implant has turned out quite good 🙂 hopefully they just get better as they heal!

@kimoldham @giraffequeen I had 350cc round high profile unders with Dr Traynor at Preston First Trust Hospital, 1st Feb and i’m only 5ft 2 and about 8 and a half stone (probably more at the moment thanks to no gym lol) and pre op my boobs had shrunk to a 32B from loosing weight. I lift weights a lot in the gym so my boobs just shrunk as I started to loose fat sadly. But so happy I got the surgery now 😀 I tried on some triangle shaped fabric Calvin Klein bras today and they look amazing with implants! haha I would have never bought something like that with my small boobs. So that’s exciting! Still living in my ugly sports bras though to keep them safe as they heal 🙂

Oh actually, if you’re researching implant sizes i’d really recommend going to surgeon consultations because at the end of the day they will tell you what sizes you can have. From my research initially I thought i wanted 375 but Dr Traynor and another surgeon Dr Quaba I visited both said exactly the same that 350cc was the max that would fit my body. So i’d say go to some consultations first 🙂 will really help. My process was so quick with MYA and Julie in Newcastle was amazing, she’s so lovely and got me booked in on the ideal date with Dr Traynor when my other surgeon couldn’t fit me in for 6 months! xxx

Hey maddy, seeing your question about sizing for the m&s post op bra I had one of them too, the one with zip upfront. Mine fits like a dream. I always went to m&is 1WPO after my check up and explained I know I’m too early to be measured and I know they will probably change but I just need a sports bra for my healing process and they’re all in sizes so she measured me to see what one I needed and found one that was perfect. I measured as a 32back, which I always have been but my boobs would not fit into a 32DD so she went up a back size for swelling and it was much better! So initially although it is too early to get measured for a definite size, to get a properly fitted sports bra for you’re healing I found them really helpful to ask and be measured. Happy healing! X

They’re amazing! I am also having surgery with mr traynor next month and he told me very bluntly too that the gap between my boobs could be made more obvious with implants cos it’s quite big and I’ve been like proper paranoid!!!!!! Xxxxxxx I’m also having 350 cc high profile but mine r having to be unders xxxxxxx
