    I never ever wear my macom to bed anymore! I leave them free, but I’m starting to get scared there going to end up drooping ahh! Does anyone still wear theirs every night further down the line? Xxx

    Im only 10 weeks but im going to continue to wear my asda post op bra to bed as it’s like investing in the implants. You’re definitely more likely to sag quicker without xx

    I don’t think you have to after 8 weeks but in my opinion it’s best, just because you have implants doesn’t time an they won’t sag just like natural boobs if anything they will sag quicker as the weight of the implant, if I was you wear a sports bra to bed forever lol I haven’t bad. A night off without mine since iv had them done and that’s 10 months, honestly it’s be best thing it will stop them from going shit basically and I always wear a sports bra around the house if I’m just lounging about xx

    Im 6 months post op and will not sleep without a sports bra on. Even if its just a comfier one. I dont always wear it as tight as when i first had them done. Im still very protective of them lol xxx
