18 days PO incisions, is this normal?? Started by: Abbie

    Hi there,

    I’m 18 days PO and yesterday noticed some bruising near one of my incisions. I recently changed bras from Macom to Asda post surgery bra which didn’t feel as supported and I was achey whilst wearing it. I’ve changed back to Macom now.

    I just wondered If this looked normal as I’ve found others posts really helpful so far. I’ve asked PC but no reply.

    Thanks @emmad84 I’d thought I’d done something to it when I saw the darker colour around the scar lol

    ahh no I think it looks fine, mine are like that only a little pinker/darker and I’m 6.5weeks post op. At my 6wk check nurse said that normal 🙂

    But if ur worried, send a pic in by email to your PC and ask them to show nurse xx
