I found it super helpful on here finding the few posts about under 250cc enhancements so thought I’d share my journey so far.
I am 5 foot 1, 45kg with a very petite frame (I think I stopped growing about aged 13!) I can only get clothes petite enough from places like Topshop/ASOS in a size 4/6. I always had small boobs but quite full for my frame filling a 32B however having two children my boobs fully deflated and lost all volume (I still wore a 32b just didn’t fill it out) and it made me feel like I’d lost all my sex appeal so wanted to get my pre baby boobs back plus a little extra seeing as I’d be going through all the effort so asked to be a full C.
My surgeon took in 190-240cc high and medium profiles and ended up going with 190cc round moderate profiles over the muscle. He said to lift my breast as much as possible from the breastfeeding was best achieved by going over the muscle but didn’t want to go larger in CCs and risk the chance of visibility of rippling.
I’ve attached my before photo (sun) and after shots, (pink flowers was 1 day after surgery and yellow flowers is today 1 week post surgery) still a long way to go and I’m a little disappointed as I feel they are quite asymmetrical and not as big as I hoped but everyone on here says they change so much during the drop and fluff process and often get bigger so got my fingers crossed!
