Hey, I had my op yesterday. I don’t have any strapping on at all just my bra which they put on while I was still asleep. Do I need to keep my bra on completly until my 1 week check or can I take off for a few minutes. It’s so tight and uncomrtable right now, feels like they could do with a breather lol x

Hiya Hun hope you have a good recovery, I didn’t have strapping either just a bra, I know what you mean though about discomfort but I didn’t leave my bra off, I did have a few minutes relief in between changing my bras though lol x

Hey Hun, ah great, so am I ok to change the bra before my 1 week check up? Didn’t know if I was ok to take it off to change before then I didn’t really get told anything before I left the hospital so I’m just going off what I’ve read here. Xx

I took mine off for an hour or so before bed when I was just sat on the sofa. I think I did for a little while in the mornings too.
My boobs are perfectly fine, but I’m sure some surgeons would say not to.
