Hey girls so my admission time was 7:30 yesterday morning and I was meant to be third on the list however I didn’t end up going down till 14:30 because I read on here that you could cover your piercing with a plaster! That isn’t the case and my lip piercing was so tight I was told I was to go into a piercing shop to have it removed, just giving you girls notice so you won’t have to go through what I did apart from that all is ok my new boobies feel a bit tight with the strapping and my boobs feel like they have a big compress on them but pain bearable . Very pleased can’t wait to see them ????

Weird because I got to keep my piercings in. I bought loads of retainers & swapped them over & then the nurse before was like nah you can keep your piercings in just cover them up. So we swapped them back to normal and then taped over them. Strange how there isn’t one set rule!

I feel you with this tightness thing! I can’t stand the feeling of my bra digging into my cuts & I am sooooooo uncomfortable too! Getting no sleep as well :’) welcome to the post op club haha!

Thanks babe, have you got the strap over too I find it digs into my under arm, and yeah apparently it’s new laws that they have to come out bloody nightmare ???????? I’m pretty lucky as before the surgery I could sleep where ever so not had prob with sleeping pretty much sat up.

I was told I had to take all my piercing out, even when i’d swapped them for plastic. The first thing I did when I got back to the room was put them back in. I have Invisalign braces and I had to remove them too xxx

I’m so glad I got to keep mine in! Could have also saved a lot on retainers. I haven’t got a strap over the top no, my surgeon doesn’t use them for whatever reason. It’s killing me having to sleep upright I’m super tight & uncomfortable & just holding my boobs every time I get up! They feel so weird . I’m going to get the other Macom bra as soon as it’s back in stock the ultimate one, it’s a bit lower on the body so shouldn’t dig into my creases
