Still not really had any pain just slight discormt when standing up and a few mins this morning when i got up. Didnt manage any sleep though just really couldnt settle with my partner at the side of me flapping his arms about each time he rolled over! Had to block his arm from hitting me at least 5 times! Might try the settee tonight! Really really swelled up through the night i have been using ice packs which feels nice but they are so so tight! Surely they cant swell anymore?? They feel like they will pop if they do 🙁 even though they are as hard as rocks an a funny shape i absolutley love them already so nice to look down an see 2 humps haha xx

I found walking every hour around the house really helped with the swelling x

I have been walking around the house alot, been really mobile straight from surgey really xx

The strapping as got so tight with the swelling i feel like i cant even take a deep breath really frustrating me already. Was fine to start with. Roll on wednesday to get it took off!! X
