1st consultation info

hiya ive got my first consultation on saturday in cardiff mya, im so excited but wondering what will happen? do u choose your ps on the 1st consultation so i can research them on here, also do they tell u what u need doing on the 1st consultation as i dont know if i need a lift aswell as implants, as ive had a baby a yr ago there quite full but a bit saggy my boyfriend thinks theres still milk in them , they are quite heavy so i dnt know if thats why the nipple is down a bit or if its cause there actually saggy. also having my nipple reduced for definate. will they give me prices etc to? im not working but care for my daughter so i can pay for it myself but because i dont work and want it done asap my boyfriend is going to be the guarenter hopefully, he has an overdraft but no credit cards never had bad credit and has savings accoutn and isas but i dno if he has any credit to do it hopeing itll be ok be devasted if i have to save the full amount before i can have it done as i cant even looka t them in the mirror atm and undress in the dark and panic if my boyfriend walks in while im in the bath as im ashamed of them xx

Awww hun! First consultation will be with your PC, she’ll talk through what you want to acheive, let you feel the implants, discuss surgeons and timescales and price.
Be prepared to haggle! They WILL come down.
Next step will be to make an appointment to see a surgeon and he’ll talk procedure in a bit more detail.

It is possible that you still have milk in your breasts . I fed all three of my children for a yr each . After My last child , I noticed my breasts reduce after about 6 mnths and thought that was it . Just over a yr after I stopped feeding I had dropped another two cup sizes and I had put weight on so I no it wasn’t down to this . I compleatly understand how difficult it is to see them in the mirror and undressing in frount of you partner who I’m guessing still says they look grate to him. You should beleave him too. Unfortunately it doesn’t make them bigger. If only ! I find the way my clothes now fit the hardest . It’s a brave disision for all of us to hav surgery . Maybe you should wait just that little bit longer to see if there is anymore changes in your breast size and shape , add me if you like and I will show you my before and after pics after my op 8th feb might help you deside. thanks girls, ill try kylie lol xxthanks em ill add u now xx i dont think theyll change anymore em theyve stayed the same for the last few months i didnt breast feed so they prob wont change, he used to say they looked ok diffrent but ok but after i made him tell me the truth he did tell me they were saggy and agrees with me that they need doing as its makeing me so unhappy, hes had friends lk i have that have had breast enlargments and one of his closest friends had a lift to because they were really saggy after her little boy so hes seen what a diffrence it can make , hes my best friend so lk a best friend hed rarther tell me the truth lol xx
