Hi Ladies. I have never posted on here but I have followed avidly for the last couple of months in the build up to my op. I’m not a MYA patient but I found this forum very useful so thanks to every one who has posted!

My stats are 5ft 3 and I weigh 10 stone – I am an avid gym goer so carry some muscle and I am curvy on the bottom with a small waist. I have a 3 year old son and my chest shrunk from a 32d to a 34b after having him and I lost volume on the top. I’m a size 10.

I had my surgery with Mr Netri – I cannot recommend enough what a friendly and approachable man he is. We chose to have 365cc overs, round high profile. I wanted a full look without looking too stuck on. I was admitted at 11am and went to theatre at 230. I made it home around 11 last night, I live about 45 minutes away from the hospital. I slept all night last night and apart from feeling a bit tight and heavy I feel pretty good this morning! Going to the gym has paid off as I am strong enough to move myself around using my core instead of my arms so I highly recommend getting some core exercises in before surgery if you don’t do already. Good luck to anyone awaiting surgery – it’s with the wait ???????? xxx

Hi @Chelsea! Glad your surgery went well, it doesn’t sound too traumatic. Do you mind if I add you? There doesn’t seem to be that many girls who have overs but I’m similar to you only slightly taller – 5ft6, 10stone – currently between a 32C and 32D. I’ve been offered 250, 275 or 300 HP overs and can’t decide between the 250 and 275. My goal is to replace what I lost, I’m just over 3 stone lighter! What look were you going for?
