1WPO wow !!!!

Currently 1 WPO. Honestly it was no where as bad as I thought it would be. When I woke up and couldn’t move I was really upset but my family members just pushed me up and by Monday/Tuesday I was doing it myself. By Tuesday I had started cutting down on the pain killers as I haven’t really been in much pain. Iv only really suffered with back ache which I think is from the band .
Definitely would suggest having someone to look after for first 3/4 days it really helped me. Ice packs really helped first few days and a V pillow. However past 2 days I have been sleeping bed normally with this pillow and Iv even been able to turn on to my side. Iv been doing little bits myself past 2 days ( I even had a job interview yesterday) however still will be taking it very easy next week when I’m back at work and will only rest over xmas.
Right sides started to drop already but I can’t believe how much it they have changed already – pictures before / day 3 / 1 week. xxxx

Wow Emily they look absolutely fab I hope mine turn out as good as yours!! Which surgeon did you have? And did you use mya bras or just regular sports bras??

Hi Tammy I didn’t go with mya. I went with the hospital group a surgeon called dr mileto !! I really wanted a Macom bra but I did some research and found a proper surgical bra with the hooks on the front for £14 on Amazon Called a YIANNA. And I really like it! I used that and kept washing it fir first 4 days then I started mixing in my front fastening sports bras after that . Xxx
