Girls please help me!
The pain is bearable on my actual boobs when I’m sitting down and not stretching or moving. I have got pain between by boobs today and was on my nipple yesterday like a burning pain but it subsides after taking pain killers.
My neck and the bottom of my back are in bits from sleeping at a 45 degree angle. What can I do to help this? I haven’t tried but I don’t think I could sleep on my back fully even if I tried!
Can I get stronger pain killers or anything to help? Any tips?
And can I take vitamins now to help me recover?
