I’m guessing by your stats you had sub-muscular. It’ll take time but pain will dissipate slowly, think of the end goal here and your healthy recovery. For example to aid my recovery, I was drinking plenty of water. Taking natural supplements and food that reduce inflammation such as vitamin E, turmeric tablets, eating fresh pineapple, spinach and kale. Also taking natural mild muscle relaxant that will build up in the system – Night Kalms, it’s better take Night ones they are stronger but good relaxant, without a need for stronger drugs. I hope this will help a bit. I should mention I had smaller implants, sub glandular. Good luck
