I know I HAVE to wear a sports bra for 6 weeks, but just wondering if anyone knows WHY we have to? Like what’s it doing!
Also, I’m planning to go on holiday at around 6 and a half weeks post op, will I be okay to swim etc. if my 6 weeks check goes fine? xx
You have to wear a sporta bra to support them properly and allow the implants to settle.
As long as ur 6 week check goes fine u will be able to go swimming.
